Welcome to The Cote Holiday Cottage
This Modern Barn conversion is located on a 220 acre working sheep farm in Teesdale in the Durham Dales, North East England. Warm and spacious, the barn has been converted to a high standard retaining some original features.
The cottage offers eco friendly accommodation with ground source heating and solar panels. All rooms display original beams and feature windows built with sandstone originally sourced from the farm's quarry in 1869.
The cottage sleeps 6 (plus travel cot), comprising a double bedroom with king size bed, a twin bedroom and single room with twin bunk beds.
There are two upstairs bathrooms consisting of a bath and shower room both with heated towel rails. Towels and linen supplied.
Downstairs consists of a lounge with digital tv/dvd, a third w/c and utility room with washing machine.
The Kitchen provides all modern appliances including dishwasher and utensils. There is a large dining table area to seat.
All rooms offer good views over the farm and surrounding areas.
Dogs welcome with plenty of space for walking and a public footpath which runs through the farm is part of a 7 mile circular walk.
